A FINE FAMILLE ROSE 'ANIMALS' SNUFF BOTTLE China, late Qing Dynasty Porcelain. H. 6.7 cm. This flattened globular snuff bottle is finely painted with scenes of animals and nature on both main sides, while both narrow sides are painted with nature. The stopper is inlaid with a half-pearl and the recessed base is marked with an iron-red four-character mark "Dao Guang Nian Zhi". With traces of use and age.
