A FINE THANGKA DEPICTING THREE ARHATS China (Tibet), 18th century Distemper on cloth, mounted. 66x41.5 cm. The thangka depicts Kalika in front of a water landscape as well as Vajriputra and Bhadra beneath him, portrayed with distinct personality and surrounded by worshippers or attendants. With traces of age, partially damaged and restored. Provenance: From the collection of Günther Werker, a former German diplomat in South Asia.
