AN IVORY CARVED NETSUKE OF A BENT DUTCHMAN Japan, 18th/19th century Ivory. H. 4.6 cm. The netsuke is carved as a Dutchman bent over, holding shoes in his hands, as if pouring sand out. With traces of use, partially chipped and cracked. This lot contains materials that require a CITES permit when exported to countries outside the EU. Certificate for intra-EU trade is issued.
