AN IVORY CARVED NETSUKE OF A HORSE Japan, 19th century Ivory. H. 2.8 cm. The netsuke is carved as a horse lying with its head turned back to the right, signed in an oval reserve "Rantei". With traces of use, partially cracked. This lot contains elephant ivory and is therefore subject to CITES regulations with restrictions on imports or exports. It is a buyer's responsibility to obtain any export or import licences, certifications and any other required documentation. Certificate for intra-EU trade is issued.
