A LARGE GILT-LACQUER WOOD STATUE OF BUDDHA Vietnam, 17th/18th century Wood. H. 82 cm (92 cm with base). The buddha seated in dhyanasana, wearing a robe opening at the chest, the serene face with heavy-lidded downcast eyes and full lips forming a subtle smile. With traces of age, partially damaged.
