A THANGKA DEPICTING A LAMA Bhutan, 19th century Distemper on cloth, mounted under glass. 61.5x43 cm (124.5x72 cm with frame). The thangka depicts a lineage holder of the Drukpa Kagyu school in robe sitting on a throne, flanked by two principal disciples and surrounded by buddha and teachers. With traces of age, partially damaged and with loss of colors.
