A THANGKA DEPICTING THE LINEAGE OF TSONGKHAPA China (Tibet), 18th/19th century Distemper on cloth, mounted. 58.5x42 cm (80x63.5 with mounting). The thangka depicts Tsongkhapa seated on a lotus base with Shakyamuni at his heart, in the middle of picture surrounded by buddhas, deities and lineage teachers. With traces of age, stained and with loss of color, partially damaged and restored.
