TWO WOOD CARVED 'FIGURAL' NETSUKE Japan, 19th century Wood. H. 3.1-4 cm. Including a netsuke carved as a sleeping chajin and a bathing man. With traces of age and use, partially damaged. Provenance: From the important collection of the Chemnitz entrepreneur and manufacturer Fritz Niescher (1889-1974).
