ANTON BÜSCHELBERGER 1869 Eger - 1934 Dresden LARGE PAIR OF PHEASANTS Bronze, dark patina, on a naturalistic plinth. Height 78, width 90, depth 24 cm, weight approx. 24 kg. Monogrammed 'AB' and signed 'Büschelberger' on the plinth, foundry mark 'Bildgießerei Kraas Berlin 44'. Above a naturalistic base a fully sculpted depiction of a golden pheasant sitting on a branch with a pheasant hen. Part. Loss of patina and bumped, traces of oxidation.
