GERMAN SCULPTOR 'JAHN' Active at the beginning of the 20th century RIDER ON A HORSE Bronze, dark patina, on a rectangular plinth and high marble base (h. 15 cm). Overall h. 54, w. 41, d. 15.5 cm, weight approx. 31.9 kg. Signed on the plinth 'H. Jahn', design after Albert Hinrich Hussmann (1874-1946) 'Am Ziel'. Fully sculpted nude depiction of a man sitting on a trotting horse, holding the reins with one hand. Part rubbed and loss of patina.
