FRENCH SCULPTOR Active at the beginning of the 20th century STANDING AMAZON (AFTER PHIDIAS) Bronze, dark patina, on a rectangular plinth and wooden base (h. 2.5 cm). H. 41.5, w. 16, d. 13 cm, weight approx. 4.55 kg. On the plinth foundry mark 'F. Barbedienne Fondeur' and stamped 'Reduction Mecanique a collas brevete'. Part. Loss of patina and rubbed, arms min. rest.
