Literature: Spielmann 1619. Provenance: Rhenish private collection. The portrait of mother with child is one of Conrad Felixmüller's last paintings, painted from 9.-18. November 1976. Conrad Felixmüller died on 24 March 1977 in Berlin-Zehlendorf.
