BAROVIER & TOSO BOWL AND CANDLE HOLDER MODEL 'PRIMAVERA' Italy, Barovier & Toso, after 1975 Colorless glass, spiral cloudy meltings opal-white, conical, attached foot and applied threads deep violet w. burst gold foil. H. 21.5 / 11.5 cm, D. approx. 24 / 6.7 cm. Incised signature underneath 'barovier & toso murano'. Signs of use, some wear, candlestick with remains of candle wax. Formal reinterpretation of a design by Ercole Barovier from 1929.
