COLLECTION OF THREE PATENT VIOLIN BOWS 'EXCELSIOR' German, early 20th century. Round stick, partly with single eyelet, winding, nickel silver and one with ivory head plate. L. 73.6/73.7/74.2 cm, weight approx. 54/50/70g. Violin bow, stamped 'Excelsior', 'D.R. Petent 66269' and 'Patent I.A. Indstraten' on the head plate. Two bows without bow hair, partially chipped and rubbed.
