VIOLIN BOW SMOCK 19th/20th c. Octagonal stick, Parisian eye, silver mount, mother-of-pearl decoration, thumb leather, winding, ebonized frog. L. 74 cm, weight ca. 58g. Violin bow marked 'Kittel', after Nikolai Kittel (1805-1868). min. rubbed, possibly needing new bow hair. Provenance: private collection Rhineland-Palatinate.
