Two-piece spruce top and one-piece flamed maple back, light brown varnish. 4/4 violin, l. 59 cm, body length 35.5 cm. Violin label: 'Andreas Guarnerius fecit Cremone fub titutae titulo Sanctae Terefiae 1635. With case. Violin bow, round stick, nickel silver mounting and winding, thumb leather, single eye, ivory head plate, l. 74.5 cm, weight approx. 50g. Violin bow marked 'H. R. Pfretzschner'. Part rubbed and bumped, new bow hair required. Violin partly rubbed and bumped, bridge and two strings missing, under the tailpiece min. dam.
