A GLASS GOBLET WITH THE PORTRAIT OF TSAR PETER THE GREAT AND DOUBLE-HEADED EAGLE Russian, St. Petersburg, Imperial Glassworks, mid 18th century Tapering cylindrical, on plain spreading foot and facetted baluster stem, the body engraved with the portrait of Peter the Great within a cartouche with Cyrillic inscription and date '1672-1725'. The reverse with the crowned Imperial double-headed eagle. 21.7 cm high.
