MODEL OF A ROYAL OX CART* India, around 1870-1900 Carved ivory. H. 11, w. 16.5, d. 6.5 cm, weight approx. 332g. Sculptural carved model of a four-wheeled chariot with finely decorated canopy, pulled by two oxen. A charioteer on the trestle and a man sitting cross-legged in the carriage. Min. bumped and rest. CITES certificate available. Trade in ivory/tortoiseshell is only permitted in the EU. Export to countries such as USA, Canada, England currently not possible. Please check the import regulations.
