Inscribed on the work: 'Lay Fnt Pse Jouffroy 29' and number '3927'. Part. chipped and damaged; function untested; with pendulum; without key. Due to current Cites regulations, unrestricted trade for tortoiseshell objects is only permitted within the European Community. Export to third countries is not possible.
